Progress Report
Here are the general requirements:
The weekly progress report is due 8:00 pm the night before the team meeting or presentation. (Including week1)
Use bullet point for each section and be concise.
2 pages maximum.
Here are the specific requirements:
Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
One or two sentences to describe your project status.
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Your status of last week's goal. If you did not succeed, explain how you are going to recover it, or it is not a problem any more.
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Be specific on each goal and have the teammate's name after it. So that the instructor could better understand the project progress and giving the progress report grades.
Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
You should be meeting your sponsor once a week and take notes during the meeting
