Webpage Update and Ind. Comp. Submission

Good day folks.

A quick announcement about what is expected of you by today and before your next group meeting.

1) Due at midnight tonight (1/13) is the Individual Component Analysis which is to be a maximum of 2 pages.  Please refer to the guidelines and make yours as similar to the template as possible.  Ignore the instructions to turn in a hardcopy, only an electronic version submitted on the webpage is necessary.  Grading will be out of 100 points and I will be subtracting 5 points from all assignments turned in late (with a 1 hours grace period) and 10 points from assignments turned in later than Saturday.

2) Update the webpages.  Please make current all team members contact information including phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Upload your week 1 and week 2 progress reports project management section and all individual component analysis in the reports section.  I would like to see you start on updating the budget as well if there are components which have already been purchased over break or in week 1 or even for the Risk Reduction.  This is all part of your overall budget and should be included.  It is best to not leave these things until later in the course, as it can be easy to forget what money has been spent.
